• Support with transitions and daily activities

Our Youth Care Professionals work independently while following clear support plans and maintaining ongoing communication with families and agencies.

We provide planned or short-term
respite support to give caregivers
reliable relief while ensuring youth
remain safe and supported.
Respite Caregiver services may include:
• Scheduled respite support in the home or community
• Short-term relief during periods of increased stress
• Consistent staffing to reduce disruption for the youth
• Support delivered by trained youth care professionals
Our goal is to provide caregivers with meaningful relief while maintaining continuity and routine for the youth.

We offer school-related support for
youth who benefit from additional structure and supervision during or
after the school day.
School & After-School services may include:
• One-to-one support during school hours (where approved)
• After-school support in the community or home
• Support with transitions before and after school
• Assistance maintaining routines and expectations outside the classroom
Our approach complements existing school and family plans and focuses on consistency, communication and appropriate boundaries.
