Family and Youth Consultation

• Collaborate directly with the youth, family members, primary care givers and various youth service agencies to develop a plan for success for the client, ensuring that the youth is heard and is an integral part of the decision-making process.
• Goal oriented consultation focusing on the health and wellness of the youth and primary care givers
• Promote well-being; support families and caregivers; recognize diversity; and help youth get the individualized support they require. 
• Developing pro social peer relationships which are positively reinforced through mentorship and guidance.

Agency Consultation

• Develop effective programming strategies that will create an environment where the safety of the youth and their care givers is the number one priority.
• Ensure your organization is meeting all Ministry guidelines by reviewing your agencies policies and procedures and assisting in the implementation in proven strategies and best practices.
• Build an individualized work plan that fits your program and youth care needs. 
• Provide Ministry required training including Understanding and Management of Aggressive Behaviour, Operational Training and Standard First Aid and CPR.

•  Our  team has undergone vulnerable sector police checks and is trained in ministry-approved safe handling techniques (Safe Management Crisis Intervention Training). Additionally, our staff is equipped with  First Aid and CPR, Trauma-Informed Care, Kujali: Caring for Black Children, and Cultural Competency training, ensuring a compassionate and culturally sensitive approach to care.
